Where exactly is Stratex?
Stratex is in Kumaripati, Lalitpur, one of the best-connected points in the city. It is easy to reach from Kathmandu, Patan and the Ring Road, with noticeably less traffic than central Kathmandu.
How much does a cabin cost?
Pricing depends on the cabin size and the length of the commitment, so we quote it directly rather than list it. Tell us how many people you need to seat and when you want to move in, using the enquiry form below or on +977 971-2095461, and we will send you a figure within one business day.
What is included in a membership?
Everything needed to start working: a furnished, move-in-ready cabin, high-speed wifi, electricity with no separate billing, daily cleaning, on-site parking, and access to the shared kitchen. It is one all-inclusive monthly figure — there are no separate utility bills to manage.
What are the opening hours?
Stratex is open Sunday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
How many people fit in a cabin?
From two to fifteen. There are eight private cabins in total, each named after a lake in Nepal — two compact two-person rooms, two three-person cabins on the third floor, larger team cabins for 5, 12 and 15 people, and the front cabin. There is also an open floor of dedicated desks if you would rather take a single desk.
Is parking available?
Yes. On-site parking is available for members and their guests, and it is included in the membership at no extra cost.
Is there a meeting room?
Yes. There is a separate meeting room on the third floor, available to members for calls, client sessions and team meetings. Ask us when you enquire and we will confirm how to reserve it.
Is there a kitchen?
Yes. The shared kitchen has a microwave, a refrigerator, and both hot and cold drinking water, and is open to all members.
